What were you doing before joining MA?
I worked for South African Airways in various roles from CSA, Teamleader and Baggage/Claims Manager for 11 years.

Why did you decide to join MA?
I joined MA after I opted for a VSP due to restructuring at SAA. Having been involved with a previous Ground Handler and the Airport Authority on Baggage matters on a daily basis as their main client, I felt my knowledge and experience would definitely make a difference at MA.

What are you working on now?
Sustaining our reputation as the most stable, safe and reliable Baggage Handler and eliminating instances associated with pilferage.   

What has been most rewarding about your MA experience?
Seeing the department and the company managing to sustain challenges associated with the industry, being part of the recruitment / startup operation and being regarded as exemplary to our competitors by the Airport Authority.
