What were you doing before joining MA?
I was working for Globe Ground India Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Lufthansa. I worked in the ramp and operations departments (Load & Trim) subsequently I was promoted as instructor for Load & Trim sheet.

Why did you decide to join MA?
I was looking for a challenge in a fast moving, fast growing organisation. At that time MA had started a Ground handling business in India. The opportunity I was offered was to get a wide exposure to the ramp operations and Menzies offered new experiences. 

What are you working on now?
At present I am working as Manager - OSAC heading the ramp and safety departments by taking care of complete ramp operations and safety compliances.

What has been most rewarding about your MA experience?
Menzies gave me an opportunity to develop new skills and progress my career into ramp operations and safety compliances. I have seen wonderful safety norms in Menzies which I have not seen in any other organization in my past experience.
