I am very pleased to announce that our ground handling operations in HYD has achieved Rank 1 from Etihad Airways for ’outstation KPI scores’. Our operations in HYD features among the top Etihad outstations globally. Our station was evaluated on the key parameters of Controllable OTP, Catering wastage, Mishandled baggage & Excess baggage and we came out with flying colours in all of them.

The team in HYD has achieved this great feat within a short time of EY commencing operations and speaks positively of the great commitment and operational superiority we have in HYD.
