USA Cargo Contract Awards

I am delighted to announce the award of three new cargo handling contracts for our operation at JFK International Airport in New York and Los Angeles International Airport.

On 1st December we secured the business of Aeroflot at both JFK and LAX, and at the same time we secured Aerogal a new carrier from Ecuador also at JFK.

In addition to the above, we were informed today that effective 1st March 2010 we have been awarded the contract to handle Etihad Cargo at JFK.

The combination of these three contracts adds over 15,000 tonnes of additional volume per year, which with the small shoots of recovery we are seeing in volumes in our existing cargo business, gives us some room for optimism about our cargo business into 2010 and beyond.
